The Essen Center for Photography (Essen, Germany)
The Essen Center for Photography is an association of the Folkwang University of the Arts, the Krupp Historical Archive, the Museum Folkwang, and the Ruhr Museum Foundation. It organizes conferences, supports exhibitions, and coordinates research projects, seminars, and interdisciplinary exchange on archiving, restoration and conservation issues. The center is particularly committed to the public dissemination of photography as a valuable cultural good, emphasizing the entire range of its applications and uses.
